Stripes

There has been a time out. Have they been arguing?
Or is one plotting against the other? One is contemplating and the other checking if the coast is clear.

For illustration friday stripes challenge, also Paint Party Friday .Also the art everyday challenge (not quite everyday this week)

Two different versions which one do you like best?
I think I must like stripes!

Both very adorable. I do like two pairs of adorable tights in the one on the left. It's more of a scene than a portrait, I suppose, that makes you wonder what is going on. Both are really lovely - the one on the right is a a bit more subtle and subdued, and she has a bit of a secret smile.

The red tight mean that is my favourite... one of the joys of being young is wearing coloured tights and not looking like a complete fruit loop crazy woman xx

The one on the left just because there's more to love. It's the splashes of red with the blues and gold that caugt me eye. Very nice.

They are both beautiful, I do like the one on the left slightly more because of the interest created by the little girl peering out.

Happy blog parties.

Reminds me of photos of my sister and me at that age...plotting, always plotting, either against the adults or each other.

Great painting, you have really captured their character.

I really love both. But... I quite like the colours and line in the second one. It makes a really pleasing harmony. But, neither is better, really. They're both excellent!
