It was way more bumpy than expected and farther up in the air as well.
Then down came the rain and sleet....
He really wanted to go home, even if he had to ride on the back. Better hang on Mr Bear.
A few flowers in the rain....
Lots of fluidity around here.

Gosh, Catharine, I continue to be amazed and astounded by your watercolour paintings. Very well done. :)
Thanks for the positive comments, as a rider when I was young it seemed all winter it rained...by the time you got your horse ready to ride it was dark! This led to very frisky horses all winter long!
these are each so wonderful and charming. love your sweet flowers too.
wonderful! mr. bear looks like he's holding on for dear life! and the colors in the flowers are so soft... very beautiful.
Ditto, all the above, beautiful and charming... :)

Oh, and the flowers are perfectly filled with air and translucent with light...so pretty.
I love how you've shown the different angles and the changes in teddies position. So cute.
Beautiful pictures.
Such wonderful paintings and story. I love the backview of going home. How did you add the rain?
I added the rain using the program gimp an open source software similar to photoshop. Using the eraser tool and drawing in the "rain". Hope that answers your question?
