phenomenon

Phenomenon of the natural world that from a dull earthy chrysalis could emerge something as beautiful and ephemeral as a butterfly?

Watched a travel show the other night from Northern China and they eat butterfly chrysalis, apparently they taste smokey!

Prehistoric

Prehistoric garden, bracken and ginkgo older than recorded history. Also both in my garden.

Prehistory (Latin, præ = before; Greek, ιστορία = history) is a term used to describe the period before recorded history.

At the end of a long day climbing into a cozy bed in a our own home to savour the total comfort. To be so fortunate to have both a warm bed and home. I am grateful to savour the warmth.

Sneaky

I'm not sure who is sneaking up on who! We have had our first bout of cold weather and sneaky cat is on the prowl. I have been feeding the birds and they are driving the cats crazy.
